AI & Automated Tools Disclosure

How InsureAhead may use rules, automation, and AI-assisted features. Effective August 30, 2026.

1. Decision support, not autonomous insurance decisions

InsureAhead may use rules, calculations, automation, or AI-assisted tools to summarize information, explain concepts, identify missing information, organize cases, or suggest questions for further review.

These tools are not intended to independently bind coverage, approve or deny insurance, make a carrier underwriting decision, determine legal eligibility, or replace the judgment of an appropriately licensed professional.

2. Human review remains required

Automated output can be incomplete, outdated, or incorrect. Users should review material outputs and independently verify decision-changing carrier, licensing, regulatory, tax, legal, product, and underwriting information before relying on it.

3. Sensitive information

Sensitive client information should be processed by an AI provider only when that provider and use case have been approved for the intended information and appropriate contractual, privacy, and security safeguards are in place.

4. No hidden underwriting authority

A score, flag, category, recommendation, or summary generated by InsureAhead does not represent an insurer's final underwriting position unless clearly identified as carrier-provided information.

5. Changes

As AI-assisted features are added or changed, this disclosure and the Privacy Policy may be updated to describe any material changes in data use, provider involvement, or user controls.

6. Questions

Questions about automated features can be submitted through the Contact page.
