1. Our current practice
InsureAhead does not currently sell Agent or Client personal information for money and is not intentionally configured to share personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.
We nevertheless provide this page so users can easily exercise applicable privacy rights and so the service can support additional state privacy requirements as it expands.
2. Opt-out requests
If you want InsureAhead to treat your request as an opt-out of any sale, sharing, or targeted-advertising use of personal information that may become applicable to you, submit a request through the Contact page and identify it as a privacy opt-out request.
You do not need to create a new account to submit an opt-out request. We may ask only for information reasonably necessary to identify the person or browser/device associated with the request.
3. Global Privacy Control and universal opt-out signals
Where required by applicable law, InsureAhead will honor legally recognized browser-based universal opt-out preference signals, including Global Privacy Control, when the signal can reasonably be associated with the user, browser, device, or jurisdiction to which the law applies.
4. Sensitive personal information
Insurance planning can involve sensitive information. InsureAhead limits collection to information reasonably related to the service and does not currently use sensitive personal information to infer unrelated characteristics or for behavioral advertising.
If applicable law gives you a right to limit certain uses or disclosures of sensitive personal information, you may submit that request through the Contact page.
5. Other privacy rights
Depending on where you live, you may also have rights to access, correct, delete, or obtain a copy of personal information, or to appeal a privacy-request decision. See the Privacy Policy for more information.
6. No discrimination
InsureAhead will not unlawfully discriminate against a user for exercising an applicable privacy right.
