1. Platform availability
InsureAhead is being developed for use in the United States and may expand to additional jurisdictions over time. Access to the software does not mean that every feature, insurance product, carrier, quote, rider, application workflow, or Find an Agent match is available in every state or territory.
2. Current rollout
Agent-facing profile and workflow features are designed to support multiple U.S. jurisdictions. Find an Agent and certain self-service Client features are currently being introduced on a New York-first basis and may be unavailable, incomplete, or subject to different requirements elsewhere.
Even within a supported state, Find an Agent results depend on whether eligible participating professionals are currently accepting new Clients and meet the platform's matching criteria.
3. Real quote and application workflows
Where a supported integration is available, InsureAhead may retrieve real carrier-derived quote data and may support the preparation or submission of actual insurance applications through connected carrier, distributor, or authorized technology-provider systems.
Those transaction capabilities are available only when the applicable product, carrier, state, producer authority, appointment, firm requirements, integration configuration, and other carrier or regulatory conditions are satisfied. A workflow appearing in the software does not by itself establish legal or carrier authority to use it for a particular transaction.
4. State-specific insurance rules
Insurance laws, forms, disclosures, product approvals, replacement rules, suitability or best-interest standards, training requirements, advertising rules, and licensing requirements can vary by state and can change over time.
Users must independently confirm the rules that apply to the state where the Client resides, where the solicitation occurs, and where the policy will be issued.
5. Matching does not create authority
An Agent appearing in Find an Agent results is not a representation that the Agent is authorized for every product, carrier, transaction, or regulated activity the Client may later consider. Matching is a screening and compatibility tool, not a substitute for official licensing, appointment, firm, or carrier verification.

6. Carrier and product availability
A product, rider, carrier, quote option, or application path appearing in InsureAhead is not a representation that it is approved, offered, appointed, or available in every jurisdiction. Final availability is controlled by the applicable carrier, regulator, product filing, producer authority, firm requirements, integration availability, and transaction facts.
7. No cross-border authorization
Using InsureAhead from one jurisdiction does not authorize an Agent to conduct insurance or securities activity in another jurisdiction. Users are responsible for complying with all territorial, residency, solicitation, and licensing restrictions that apply to their activity.

Questions about platform availability can be submitted through the Contact page. Questions about legal authority to conduct business in a jurisdiction should be confirmed with the applicable regulator, carrier, or compliance department.
