Important platform boundary
InsureAhead is insurance decision-support and workflow software and a matching platform. It may retrieve real carrier-derived quote data through authorized integrations and may support the preparation and submission of actual insurance applications by appropriately licensed and authorized insurance professionals. InsureAhead itself is not an insurance carrier, broker-dealer, registered investment adviser, law firm, accounting firm, tax adviser, underwriting authority, or government licensing authority.
InsureAhead does not itself make carrier underwriting decisions, approve or deny applications, issue policies, independently bind coverage, confer insurance or securities authority, transfer an existing policy or agent-of-record relationship, or endorse a matched Agent merely because the Agent appears in results.
Professional and carrier verification
Users should independently verify decision-changing licensing, state, carrier, appointment, product, underwriting, legal, tax, securities, replacement, suitability, best-interest, compensation, and disclosure requirements before relying on them in a transaction. Self-reported Agent profile information is not authoritative unless a field is specifically labeled as independently verified.
The presence of a real carrier quote, carrier connection, or application workflow does not by itself establish that a producer is authorized for every product, carrier, jurisdiction, or transaction.
